Chase International FZCO was licensed in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre in June 2018 and has traded from Jumeirah Lakes Towers ever since. The business was built around a simple observation: industrial buyers in fast-moving markets rarely struggle to find a price — they struggle to find a supplier who understands the specification, prepares the documentation properly, and gets the goods moving.

Dubai is the right base for that work. The DMCC Free Zone sits inside one of the world's busiest re-export corridors, with Jebel Ali and Dubai International within reach and established trade routes into East and West Africa, the wider GCC and the Indian subcontinent. It lets us buy from manufacturers in Europe, Asia and the Americas, consolidate here, and ship out under one clean set of papers.

Our licence covers nine trading activities. That is deliberate. A contractor mobilising a site, a mine extending a fleet, or a facilities operator fitting out accommodation all end up needing several categories at once. Handling them under one relationship removes friction, cost and the risk of things arriving out of sequence.

What We Actually Do For You

Chase International is a trading and supply business, not a broker that passes an enquiry along untouched. Our involvement covers the whole path from specification to site.

We work from your specification — part number, drawing, machine serial, datasheet or scope — and approach manufacturers and authorised stockists directly. Where several origins are viable, we present the options with the trade-offs stated: unit price against lead time, against origin, against warranty terms.

Quotations are issued in writing and state the Incoterm, currency, validity period, country of origin, estimated lead time and packing basis. If a price depends on an assumption, that assumption is written on the quotation rather than discovered later.

Goods are checked against the purchase order before despatch — quantity, part number, condition and packing. Where a client requires third-party inspection or load supervision, we coordinate it and release only against the report.

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and where applicable legalisation, test certificates, MSDS and conformity documents. Prepared to the requirements of the destination country, because a shipment held at the port is a shipment that has not arrived.

Multiple supplier orders are consolidated in Dubai and loaded as a single container or LCL shipment. We book sea, air or road freight, issue the shipping advice, and track through to arrival at the nominated port or site.

Managed Hands-On

Chase International is a small, owner-managed team rather than a layered organisation. Enquiries of any size reach someone with the authority to commit to a price and a date.

That matters most when something changes. A revised lead time, a substitution, a freight delay — decisions get made and communicated the same day instead of escalating through a chain of approvals.

We would rather lose an order by quoting an honest twelve-week lead time than win it on a six-week promise we cannot keep. Programme certainty is worth more to our clients than a headline price.
