2. Information is indicative
Product categories, capabilities and descriptions on this site are provided for general information. They are not an offer to sell, and they do not form part of any contract. Availability, specification, origin, lead time and price are confirmed only in a written quotation issued by us and are subject to the validity period stated on that quotation.
3. Quotations and orders
A contract arises only when we accept your purchase order in writing. Where a quotation states an assumption, an origin or a lead time, that statement is part of the quoted basis; a change to it may change the price or the delivery date, and we will tell you before proceeding.
4. Trademarks and manufacturer references
Manufacturer names, brand names and part numbers may appear on this site or in our correspondence solely to identify the equipment to which a product relates. All such trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Unless we have stated otherwise in writing, Chase International FZCO is an independent trading company and is not an authorised dealer, distributor or agent of any manufacturer.
