Why Chase International

What we do differently, stated plainly enough that you can hold us to it.

Our Approach

Six Things We Get Right

None of these are remarkable on their own. Doing all six consistently is what separates a supplier from a middleman.

We Confirm The Spec First

Nothing is priced until the part number, serial, drawing or datasheet is confirmed. It costs a day at the front and saves weeks at the back.

Quotations Say Everything

Origin, lead time, Incoterm, validity, currency and packing basis are on the document. If a price rests on an assumption, that assumption is written down.

Substitutions Are Declared

If the specified item is unavailable, you hear about it before the order ships — with the alternative, the technical difference and the price impact.

One Order, Many Categories

Machinery, spares, materials and site consumables on one purchase order, one invoice and one shipment. Fewer suppliers, less reconciliation.

One Accountable Contact

The person who quoted your order follows it through to delivery. No handover to a coordinator who was not there for the technical conversation.

Bad News Travels Fast

A slipped vessel or a delayed factory release is communicated the day we know. You cannot re-plan around information you do not have.

Order Lifecycle

From Enquiry To Delivered Goods

Six stages. You are told which one your order is at whenever you ask.

01

Enquiry Received

We acknowledge in writing, confirm what we have understood, and raise any technical question that would otherwise cause a wrong quotation.

02

Sourcing

Manufacturers and authorised stockists are approached directly. Where several origins are viable, we compare on price, lead time, origin and warranty.

03

Written Quotation

Issued with full commercial terms and a stated validity. Alternatives are presented side by side rather than merged into one recommendation.

04

Order & Production

Purchase order placed, payment terms actioned, and production or despatch progress reported at agreed intervals until the goods are ready.

05

Inspection & Documentation

Goods checked against the order, export-packed and marked. Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any required certification prepared.

06

Consolidation & Freight

Multi-supplier orders combined, freight booked, shipping advice issued, and the consignment tracked through to arrival at the nominated destination.

Compliance & Control

Documentation Is Part Of The Product

A shipment sitting at a destination port because a certificate of origin was not legalised has cost you the same as a shipment that never left.

We treat the document set as a deliverable in its own right. Before despatch we confirm what the destination country requires — legalisation, chamber attestation, health or halal certification, conformity assessment, packing declarations — and prepare it as part of the order rather than as an afterthought once the container is already at sea.

  • Commercial invoice and detailed packing list per consignment
  • Certificate of origin, attested and legalised where required
  • Mill, test and load-test certificates traceable to the item
  • Health, halal and shelf-life declarations on food consignments
  • MSDS and dangerous goods declarations where applicable

Common Questions

Before You Enquire

No fixed minimum. Very small orders are usually more economical combined with a larger consignment or sent by courier — we will tell you which makes more sense when we quote, including when the freight cost outweighs the value of the goods.
Our target is a written response within 24 working hours. Enquiries that need factory confirmation on non-standard or engineered items take longer, and we say so at acknowledgement stage rather than leaving you waiting.
Commonly EXW, FOB Jebel Ali, CFR and CIF to a named destination port, and DAP where inland delivery is required. The Incoterm and its version are always stated on the quotation so there is no dispute about where risk and cost transfer.
Both, and we show you the difference. Where alternatives exist we quote genuine OEM, OEM-equivalent and quality aftermarket options side by side with the technical and warranty differences stated. We do not substitute a lower grade without telling you first.
Yes. We arrange sea freight to the nominated port and coordinate onward inland forwarding, preparing the transit and clearance documentation the destination country requires. Inland cost is quoted separately so you can see it clearly.
Terms are agreed per order and stated on the quotation. We work with advance payment, telegraphic transfer against documents, and letters of credit. Credit terms may be considered for established accounts after a trading history is in place.
Yes, and we expect to be asked. Chase International FZCO is a Free Zone Company licensed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority. We issue our trade licence, company profile and bank details directly to counterparties on request so your procurement or compliance team can complete its own checks before an order is placed.
