Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Chase International FZCO collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to align with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Who we are
Chase International FZCO is a Free Zone Company registered with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority, with its registered office at Unit No. 801, Jumeirah Bay Tower X3, Plot No. JLT-PH2-X3A, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, UAE. For any question about this policy, contact info@chaseinternationaldmcc.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. Through the enquiry form on this site that means your name, company, email address, telephone number, delivery country, the division you selected and the content of your message. If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we hold the information contained in that correspondence.
Our web server keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — which are used for security and to diagnose faults.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To perform a contract with you, including sourcing, shipping and invoicing.
- To meet legal, customs and free zone record-keeping obligations.
- To protect this website against abuse, spam and fraudulent submissions.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
To fulfil an order we may need to pass relevant details to manufacturers, suppliers, inspection agencies, freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs authorities. We share only what the task requires. We may also disclose information where a competent authority requires it by law.
Where it is held and for how long
Enquiry and transaction records are held in the UAE and, where our service providers operate internationally, may be processed outside it. Commercial records are retained for as long as required by applicable UAE company, tax and customs legislation. Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept only as long as they remain commercially relevant.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. A short-lived technical cookie may be used solely to protect the enquiry form against cross-site request forgery. Where the site embeds a Google Maps frame, Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to delete it where we have no continuing legal or contractual reason to keep it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to info@chaseinternationaldmcc.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and sanitised on the server, rate-limited, and protected against automated abuse. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send bank details or identity documents through the website form — we will arrange a secure channel when those are needed.
